Modeling of Thin Sheets and Surface Impedance Boundary Conditions

Surface impedance boundary condition is used  to reduce the size of the compuational domain by means of avoid calculating the field entities inside the conductors.

Surface impedance boundary condition function is a dispersive i.e. frequency dependent function. In order to model wide frequency band at one simulation, it is necessary to solve either a nonlinear eigenvalue problem, or to model the problem in time domain.
